Notes of: Cinnamon, Dark Fruits, Sweet Cocoa.


Grown by Andres Guaca at Finca Guacanas, this coffee was picked following strict ripeness criteria and hand-sorted before being transported to La Pradera the same day.

The Coffee was exposed to a careful dry anaerobic fermentation for 72 hrs with pulp on, during the fermentation tartaric acid and cinnamon was added giving this micro-lot some absolutely incredible flavours bursting with Christmas joy!
