To create this coffee Gold Mountain Coffee Growers teamed up with several producers in the Jinotega region who each produce small amounts of natural process coffees which, by themselves are incredible but unfortunately do not produce enough yield to export. Together however, not only are Gold Mountain able to supply these incredible coffees to lucky roasters like us here at Chipp, they create an incredible complex celebration of fruit flavours that perfectly complement each other all in a single cup. 

Gold Mountain treats coffee farming like fine wine production providing support to each member farm from traceability and transport to financial management, picking techniques and much more. To ensure their coffees continue to be of award winning quality Gold Mountain place their own ripeness teams on every farm during picking season to ensure only the perfect cherries are harvested.

Not only do they create incredible award winning coffees, Gold Mountain lift up the communities they work in providing financial assistance that allows growers to expand their farms and invest in processing equipment. 

They work on projects that provide running water and libraries to schools and electricity to homes and literally bought a rainforest to protect the endangered species that live there.

In the off-season, Gold Mountain provides free computer classes to girls from coffee communities so that they can learn Excel for business, word, Powerpoint, and the basics of computing.
