 About this coffee

Grown just outside of Palestina in the Huila region of southern Colombia, with mountainous regions on either side and long, cool slopes of the valley resting between, these ideal coffee growing conditions have consistently produced some of our favourite lots over the last few years. Yoiner has provided this beautiful washed lot as a clear and perfect example of the cup profile this region is known for - bright fruits and sweetness in abundance.

These beans have been sourced directly through the LaREB co-operative, which is pushing for quality coffee and real prosperity for their coffee-growing partners. We tasted this coffee with their head of quality and our friend, Herbert, on his most recent trip and instantly reserved several bags for a spot on our Spring/Summer offering.
