GET YOURS BEFORE IT'S GONE! OUR AMC COFFEE WILL BE LEAVING THE ROASTERY ON FEBRUARY 1ST.

In mid-2016, nine men met in a small room in the typical Yorkshire town of Halifax with a simple aim of talking through their issues and helping each other deal with the struggles in their lives. All in attendance agreed there was a magic in that room that had to be shared.

This was the start of a movement that has grown faster than anyone first involved could have ever imagined. Fast forward almost 7 years and ANDYSMANCLUB now has groups at over 120 locations across England, Scotland and Wales. ANDYSMANCLUB is a free-to-attend talking group that runs every Monday night at 7pm excluding on bank holidays.

To attend ANDYSMANCLUB, drop an email - info@andysmanclub.co.uk . or
head to www.andysmanclub.co.uk , find your nearest club, and simply attend!

100% of the profits from this coffee will be donated to Andy's Man Club

Roast Profile: Medium

We have carefully crafted our Highwire coffee blend to be able to perform great as espresso and also smooth and delicious as a filter.

The blend is made up of Brazilian, and Colombian coffees, all roasted to bring forward their best flavours.

About the coffees in this blend:

Brazil - Fazenda Natureza

Variety | Yellow Catuai

Process | Natural

Altitude | 1050-1200 MASL

Producer: Sebastião Aluísio de Sales

Good tidings come to those who work hard. Sebastião Aluísio de Sales, owner of Fazenda do Cedro, agrees. Sebastião’s father-in-law, Edward Rodrigues de Oliveira, employed him to manage Fazenda do Cedro in 1983. After a decade and a half, in 1997, Sebastião took over the Fazenda with the help of a partner, Eduardo Moraes Ferreira.

The Natureza lot, has been expertly produced by Sebastião and the team by collecting several days of harvest and blending the single variety into one natural process lot, creating a sweet, clean and slightly fruity coffee with classic characteristics of Brazilian coffee.

Colombia Mustafa Estate:

This is quite a special coffee to me, it's been nearly 5 years in the making and well worth the wait.

These coffees are both produced by a very talented producer called Ana Mustafa.

Ana runs the LaREB cooperative with the support of Herbert and other great producers with the aim to support smaller or less experienced members with production advice and professional quality control. They also export coffee directly from the farmers which secures the supply chain and transfers more value back to producers.

Anas’ coffees with LaREB contribute to 40% of the money and 35% of the coffees produced by LaREB!

I first started chatting with Herbert about 5 years ago, about coffee roasting I think as LaREB were setting up their new roaster in their lab in Colombia and since then we've kept in touch about all things coffee (and whisky!). At the end of February 2020 just before the pandemic hit Herbert was doing a tour of Europe for LaREB and we finally got to sit down together in person for a night in Edinburgh where Herbert spoke to us about the amazing work LaREB is doing for the coffee growing community in Colombia.

This coffee has had a double fermentation along with an extra 24hr fermentation after washing and depulping, making this a super clean, sweet and creamy coffee, perfect for espresso!

The amazing attention to detail and passion behind this coffee and the people who have produced is why this coffee really holds a special place for me.
