It's October time which means we are officially in to spooky season! It also means that the Christmas chaos has officially begun here in the roastery so please pray for us and our old achy bodies over the next few months.
BOOBEANS - Process & Harvest
This months Roasters Choice coffee is a little bit different to our regularly scheduled programming because, well if I'm being honest, we made it by accident. A damn good accident.
During our weekly quality checking of all our roasted coffee, our head roaster Mathew, was hit with a lightning bolt of inspiration. What if we combined our rich and intense Kerinci and it's beautiful fiery ginger notes, with the sweet and juicy cola cube flavour bomb that is our Rigoberto. Well the answer is a tempting, tangy, cup of beautiful brown that will take you back to the days of digging in to your candy after a hard evening trick or treating. It's so good you'd think we made a deal with the devil.
Chipp Coffee Co. Roastery Update
This month has once again been incredibly busy. We have officially begun supplying companies all over the country with top notch coffee to gift to their clients, customers and employees. If you're a business owner and you want to show your appreciation to the people who keep your business going, then get in touch and lets create some personalised coffee just for you.
Despite being incredibly busy, Zach thought this would be a perfect time to go visit his DARLING wife who's been working as a researcher at Yale University in the USA for the last 2 months! He spent a few days in NYC eating every bagel and pizza slice within a mile of his location and soaking up all the freedom. They then went to Connecticut where Zach got the incredible opportunity to visit Yale and see all the beautiful history and architecture.
We've also had a few awesome updates to the store! We've updated out Coffee Bundle page to include several new bundles including an Aeropress Bundle so you can have specialty coffee anywhere, and we're working on a Nespresso machine bundle that comes with a big stack of pods full of a Signature Highwire Blend.
Our REYT GOOD shirts are live on the site. We're over the moon with the quality of them and would be an amazing gift for yourself or someone special. *wink wink*

What We're Listening To
This month, one album that's been on repeat (for all the wrong reasons) is Well I Should Have by Jon Benjamin. Better known as H. Jon Benjamin when he isn't working as the iconic voice of Sterling Archer or Bob Belcher he apparently plays piano and records jazz albums. The only issue with this is that Jon doesn't 
know anything about Jazz... or how to play piano. So if you want to hear a comedian tread water trying to keep up with some of the worlds best jazz musicians and failing in spectacular fashion then this album is for you. The music itself is actually phenomenal so hearing Jon's juxtaposing nonsense honestly will have you belly laughing. The highlight is the aptly named 'I Can't Play Piano' which is obviously broken into four parts to fully showcase how much Jon really cannot play. Check it out, it's wild!
