About this coffee:
Produced by a collective of farmers with the Gold Mountain social enterprise, this incredible and rare lot has got a lot to give this Christmas.
Maragogype is a relatively tall but low-yielding variety that produces extremely large coffee beans. They have equally extreme flavour potential. A natural mutation of Typica discovered near Maragogipe, Bahia in Brazil, Maragogype is also a parent of the Pacamara and Maracaturra varieties. This nano lot is the product of the ripest hand-picked Maragogype cherries from a small and select subset of farmers. The low yield and high quality result in a one-of-a-kind lot reminiscent of Panamanian geisha naturals at auction.
